It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double-bed and one with a bunk-bed (sleeps 4). There is level access throughout the cottage and the shower is a level access wet-room (no bath). There is underfloor heating throughout, and it is very comfortable environment due to the high level of insulation. There is also a wood-burning stove.
The cottage has a sun-filled veranda to the south and west. It's set in a natural attractive garden with young orchard and vegetable plots, and has access to the river bank with diverse bird-life (and rarely spotted otter).
The house was featured in Living Design Summer 2010 and published in The Guardian, the Belfast Telegraph and Down Recorder.
